Donnie Brown
Donnie Brown is considered one of the leading openly gay wedding and event planners in the industry today. Having been in the industry for more than three decades, he has helped to transform the landscape of how we see weddings and is sought after for his expertise and trend-setting ideas.

He starred in “Whose Wedding is it Anyway” on the Style Network for eleven seasons and is noted for being the first event planner on television in a wedding series. He also starred in “Married Away” on the same network for three seasons and has been spotted on a host of other television programs as well. These include Platinum Weddings on WETV, specials on Style Network, NBC, and ABC. He is a regular guest on Good Morning Texas on the north Texas ABC affiliate.

He has been profiled and quoted in every fashion and wedding magazine you can find on the newsstand.

He is the author of “Donnie Brown Weddings: from the couture to the cake” and has other books in the works at this time.

When not planning weddings and other events, he travels the world speaking to both fans as well as industry groups. He is a member of The Association of Bridal Consultants (ABC) and serves on the advisory board of Wedding Planner Magazine.

He was born in Lubbock Texas and attended Monterey High School and Texas Tech University prior to advancing onto the national scene.



Kimberly Vaughan
Kimberly Vaughan, Founder and CEO of, joined the wedding industry in the Bay Area more than fifteen years ago planning corporate events & weddings, followed by trade and consumer shows.  She was the Associate Publisher, Beautiful Bride Magazine and serves as the Board Chair for Successful Women of America, Inc.

Kimberly’s passion for marriage equality pushed her to develop the fastest growing LGBT Wedding planning website,  “I have been fortunate to have the opportunity to combine my personal passion for community and equality with my love for events and our industry.  It was long overdue,” shares Kimberly.  Kimberly provides LGBT Wedding Provider Certification and speaks nationally at industry associations, events and conferences; training wedding professionals how to appropriately serve the LGBT Community.  Her favorite workshops; however, are geared toward helping same-sex couples find joy in the planning process.



Michael Giardino
Michael, Giardino owns and runs Palette Films, a Wedding Video studio located in New York City. Combing modern day cinema tools and a story first approach, we create engaging, hand crafted wedding films of unique couples.  



Jennyvi Dizon is a designer and runway coordinator in New York City.  At a young age Jennyvi displayed a strong interest in fashion by learning how to sew at the age of 5 and continuing her skills in through out high school by sewing prom gowns for her friends.  As an adult, Jennyvi chose to major in business and fashion, graduating Cum Laude from Ottawa University and Phoenix College.

Jennyvi Dizon has produced many runway shows both in New York City and Phoenix and operates business between the two cities as a designer and runway coordinator.  She founded her design company Jennyvi Dizon Couture, LLC in 2003, the Arizona Bridal Week in 2009 and founded JenNYC in 2012.  Having the experience of both fashion designer and runway coordinator, Jennyvi understands both sides of the spectrum.
